ROOM SIZE
Kitsap Hospitality: 700 to 1,000 square feet, with a separate living room, bedroom(s), dining room, kitchen and private bath(s).
Area Hotel: 300 to 500 square foot multipurpose room with a private bath.
SCALABILITY
Kitsap Hospitality: We can quickly arrange for mobilization housing for 100 or more, which is particularly important when disaster strikes or a large workforce needs to be brought in on contract. The number of residences is entirely flexible and scalable.
Area Hotel: Depends on existing reservations and capacity. If a large convention is in town, there may not be enough rooms or rooms will have to be vacated to make room for existing reservations.
